A three-storey cottage, made in the Russian Baroque style, has a separate territory, isolated from the main building. On the territory of the park with a swimming pool and a platform-solarium is available only to guests of the "Royal House". Consists of 4 autonomous rooms. The rooms are made in different colors: jade - green, garnet - red, amber - beige, sapphire - blue. On the first floor there is a magnificent hall, kitchen, bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 rooms: jade and pomegranate, an office. On the third floor: sapphire and amber. The rooms are equipped with LCD TV with access to 60 channels, free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, refrigerator, tea set. A bathroom with an area of 5m2, equipped with a shower cabin with hydromassage, hairdryer, hospitality items.
